Ayoka Joy holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology, Master degree in Public Administration and is currently a doctoral candidate in the field of Education with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. Research areas of interest include the Role of Social Media in Organizational Development and Self-perceived Leadership Characteristics for Women in Leadership.
